Manager / Sr. Manager (Sales – Corporate & Branch)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive corporate and branch sales growth.
  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
  • Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales campaigns.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and business terms with corporate clients.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to senior management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective after-sales service and support.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Manager: Minimum 5-7 years in corporate sales, preferably in IT, electronics, or tech solutions.
    • Sr. Manager: Minimum 8-10 years in a senior sales role with leadership experience.
  • Skills:
    • Proven track record in B2B sales and key account management.
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
    • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and reporting tools.
