Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage distribution channel strategies to drive sales growth.
- Identify and onboard new distributors, resellers, and channel partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to maximize sales potential.
- Ensure proper supply chain and inventory management for channel partners.
- Monitor distributor performance and implement sales incentives and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct regular market research to analyze competitor activities and market trends.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
- Provide training and support to channel partners to improve product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, forecasts, and business development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in distribution or channel sales, preferably in IT, electronics, or tech solutions.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of distribution models and channel sales strategies.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth through distribution networks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM, ERP software, and MS Office.
- Ability to travel as needed for partner engagement.
