Manager (Distribution Channel Sales)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage distribution channel strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Identify and onboard new distributors, resellers, and channel partners.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to maximize sales potential.
  • Ensure proper supply chain and inventory management for channel partners.
  • Monitor distributor performance and implement sales incentives and promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct regular market research to analyze competitor activities and market trends.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
  • Provide training and support to channel partners to improve product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance, forecasts, and business development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in distribution or channel sales, preferably in IT, electronics, or tech solutions.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of distribution models and channel sales strategies.
    • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
    • Proven ability to drive revenue growth through distribution networks.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in CRM, ERP software, and MS Office.
    • Ability to travel as needed for partner engagement.
